Very clean apartment, updated shower with slate walls. A perfect location in central Carcassonne- some steps next to tree lined shady square with a dozen cafes and restaurants. Easy walking 10 minutes to train station. Ancient city of Carcassonne is 1.2 miles walk from apartment across a scenic river and up winding streets. Very charming overall.

Easy and accurate instructions and as described. The lockbox was where the host said it would be and worked. The property was clean with plenty of space and amenities great use of space with everything you need. It was close to the Place Carnot with the restaurants, cafes, shops and small Carrefour and Monoprix all very close on hand. Loved having the patio area to sit out in to eat, drink rest and read. It was surprisingly quiet for the location. Easy access to everything to see and do, medieval city, canal du midi, train station, shops and restaurants all very close.
