Friendly, welcoming Dutch hosts. Bastiaan was great considering they weren't aware they're gite was being advertised yet! Error by booking.com. Beautifully renovated property. They'd clearly tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable. The floors were exceptionally cold but it is February & they did, thankfully provide 'slippers'! I imagine this will be a huge bonus in the summer heat anyway! Peaceful, quiet surroundings.

Located in a peaceful but easily accessible spot. The gite was very comfortable and the hosts Tania and John were lovely. They very kindly cleaned out and re-set the log burner each day and then lit it for when we were due to arrive back at the gite. We were greeted very warmly after our long journey from Dublin. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities plus a generous ensuite bathroom. The heating was on, so it was warm and cosy despite the cold weather outside. Norma was a wonderful host and not only served amazing breakfasts but also had great local knowledge. We will definitely be back!
