La ubicación es espectacular. Situado en una colina junto al mar, frente a la isla Rathlin. Los alrededores son increíbles. Bosques, acantilados, cuevas, castillos….. La propietaria ha sido muy amable. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estancia allí. Incluso nos preparó un kit de bienvenida.

Very homely. We cooked and had family meal in the kitchen and played board games in lounge with open fire lit. Loved the views and seeing sheep and rabbits and hearing all the birds. Kids played in both gardens and played swing ball. Enjoyed by 10 year old and 16 yr old. Really close to the town and rathlin boat. Patricia was so easily contactable and helped advise us where to park in town during maritime festival. When family lives are so busy with work and school it was a perfect place to regroup and all enjoy being together

We loved everything about our stay. The place was clean and new and easy to take care of. Everything we needed was available to us. We could not be happier. Quiet and peaceful and close to town.

Anna, the host, was very helpful when we wanted to add more people than originally booked. We arrived to not only tea, coffee making essentials but one of her own home baked weaten breads (I don't eat gluten) everyone else thought it was lovely. Location is far enough out of town to avoid the noise of a great little promenade of hotel, pubs, cafes & ice cream shops, but a 2 min drive to the nearest beach (road too dangerous to walk along with kids). A great courtyard outside the open plan living/dining room, with a picnic bench, a great summer seat swing, a BBQ (we didn't use it) there was even a small tractor for my 3 year old niece to use.

The eye for detail: from nice quirky objects to the little flag of our tiny country in the room. Huge bathroom. Most of all: the lovely hosts giving us loads of attention and great conversation.

Such a great getaway spot, that is also so close to the many hiking opportunities we had on our list. The town of Ballycastle offer many great restaurants and pubs.
