Poet's Corner provided us with everything we hoped for during our short stay in Great Malvern. It was comfortable, warm and had pretty much everything you'd need for a pleasant, self-catering trip. In addition, although we had no wifi due to a temporary issue, the owner was astute enough to realise and notify Sykes Cottages (the holiday management company) who then rectified the situation in a very professional manner. Overall, a great trip and a cosy house in a nice area for all the local attractions.
