Clive and Lina were very welcoming. Their home was warm and spotless. The bed was comfortable with plump pillows. Plenty of hot water for a good shower. A pleasant stay. We hope to return when in the area. Recommended.

Owner was very welcoming and was great with communication before arriving. lots to do with the kids on site with play areas and farm animals. Definitely will be going back for a longer stay next time.

The property was in a lovely location and all the beaches of north Norfolk were easily accessible by car. We took our little family of cocker spaniels with us and it was perfect to have an enclosed garden where we knew they were safe. The property was spotlessly clean throughout.

Victoria is an extremely lovely host. She was very helpful and made sure I was informed about any changes to my booking via text message and email. The shower pressure was top notch, for those who like a roaring hot high pressure shower first thing in the morning. The view of the river from my window was gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The pub across the river was a bonus and the bus stop opposite the pub got me in and out of King's Lynn (for those without transport).
