Great location in a small village at the edge of holiday area. Large super comfortable room with a balcony and views. Hosts among the very best, nothing too much trouble. Good English spoken and both dinner and breakfast were the best.

The location was easy to find and the host made our stay very pleasant. The place is also pet friendly and it had plenty of room outside for our dogs to play.We are definitely going to visit again sometime in the summer.

Great, peaceful spot. Ioannis and his brother, Christos, were wonderful hosts. He even came out to haul me out of the mud when my sat-nav sent me down a track rather than the road to "Phillipaeoe! Less than 20 minutes from the Vasilitsa mountain and associated ski areas. Great place to be!

Great for ski trips to vasilitsa. Amazing value for money, nice hotel rooms. Comfortable bed and really clean. Nice host, breakfast was simple but cute, and overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay again.

The location was excellent, the staff really helpful. Food was outstanding, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every day, freshly made, lunch and dinner again freshly made on the premises. I can highly recommend Ziakas rooms for a lovely getaway from the city. The owners have put a lot of effort into making sure everything is of a high standard. Nothing was a problem, we were able to enjoy our coffee by the pool, it is ideal for families with small children but also people who are interested in exploring nature.
