Loved the Christmas decorations and one feels cosy and welcomed as soon as one enters. It feels as if you are home. The owner was so nice, helpful and friendly! The house has lots of small nice details and very well maintained. We booked 2 rooms and our stay was just perfect. House and our rooms were sparkling clean. The bedrooms, on the first floor, had big, clean, comfortable beds and with a fantastic shower with big soft white towels and toiletries. We appreciated the free water and sweets in the bedrooms too. We enjoyed breakfasts with delicious coffee, milk, various deserts, fresh fruit and fresh croissants in the morning. At the ground floor was a living room with a big fire place. Lots of TV Channels and very good WIFI too. The apartment is situated in a countryside not far from Venice, Padova and Treviso airport. I would definitely recommend this place for all the visitors with a car. In the garden there is enough parking space for several cars and a covered area too. We inform our hostess that we were arriving late and she welcomed us at the door and after settling in she recommended a very good pizzeria nearby. Too bad we could only stay for 1 night as in the morning we had to be at Treviso airport. Will recommend to our friends and will definitely come again.

I've stayed at Ca' de Memi at least 7 times over the last several years. It's my go-to recommendation when I hear friends are visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Michaela, her daughters and her staff are some of the warmest and most welcoming folks I've met in the hospitality industry. For the access to notoriously pricey Venice (40 minute train ride for under 10€ roundtrip), they offer a stunning bargain. They also also offer meals, cooking classes and truly excellent recommendations for special experiences in the region. If you're going to be near Piombino Dese, STAY. HERE.

Fantastic residence with the amazing garden near the lake. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It met all our requirements and expectations. What a pity that we spent only one day in this beautiful place. Due to we came quite late, the self check in was a solution fitted for us. Staff was very nice and helpful, they did all our requests and explain our concerns and doubts even when it was quite late Breakfast was tasty. Generally we recommend this place 100% and I am pretty sure that during our next trip to Italy we will stay in this residence, but a little longer :)
