The most incredible place to stay. Quiet and stunning with views over San Gimignano from the house and pool. Only issue was a lot of ants got into the room overnight but it was dealt with immediately.

The best host ever! Very kind, helpful and serviceminded. He really wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was nice and we had everything we needed. The pool area was good with sunbeds, tables and a large pool with perfect water temperature. There was also a sun terrace where you could sit and watch the beautiful sunset. The location was really good with stunning views and tranquility. Perfect hub for daytrips to Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and more. There was a vineyard just a kilometer away where you could join a tour with winetasting and also a shop where you could buy wine, olive oil and other local products. If you get the opportunity to stay at Podere Remignoli, don't hesitate!

Out of our expectation. Very nice owner of the house and very good hosting on Christmas eve. The apartment is clean and cozy with good view of the valley and San Gimignano. Extrally, we received their own farm's red wine and this year's virgin olive oil as gift. Nice experience!

La Macina is a magical place. The view from the apartment and the garden is breathtaking. A great place to rest and a base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment has an amazing rustic style, it is very large and spacious. Very old walls mean that the apartment does not need air conditioning, which is amazing. The owners of the apartment are wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. Carla told us about the most interesting places worth visiting. The pool is great and very clean. San Gimignano is 30 minutes walk from the apartment. It was an unforgettable 2 weeks, we are lucky that we were able to spend our holidays in La Macina. If anyone reading this comment wants to spend time in the most beautiful place in Italy - has just found it! We very highly recommend La Macina!
