The property was outstanding, placed in a wonderful location in the countryside a few minutes away from Assisi. Extremely nice swimming pool with hills view, lots of sun and breeze with very nice temperature even in the hottest days. The owner, Marinella, has taken care of every small detail. Stepping into the house felt like stepping into the past, in a typical Umbrian house in the countryside where all details are well preserved without loosing the modern comfort including very good internet and very comfortable beds. Even the first breakfast was taken care of. Most importantly, the warmth, kindness and availability of Marinella and her husband are more unique than rare and made this week very special. Thank you so much for this.

Everything 😊. The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

Living unit is well size, 2 bedrooms with separate showers. Washing machine in the unit. Landlady Silvia is super: she is helpful, smiley, positive.The landscape, the air, proximity to Assizi are exceptional.

The breakfast was delish. We loved the fresh fruit, pastries, fresh jam and meat. The view and quiet atmosphere were beyond beautiful and absolutely rejuvenating. The drive was a bit father than we were expecting, but the view was beautiful, so we didn’t mind.

It is extraordinary localization 15 km away from the Asisi (the road is narrow and sharply inclined) at the end of the road at the top of the hill . You should come there by car through the meadows, grape and lavender plantations and the forest to see the Heaven for Animals. The very friendly couple Paula and Stefano take care of sheeps, chicken, turkeys, goats, donkeys and cow, horse and plenty of cats and four dogs. Place for total reset close to the nature.

we loved absolutely everything about this beautiful home, including its remote but convenient location. This was the highlight of our 3 weeks long vacation in Italy. we rented 2 of the apartments and both were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything one needs to enjoy their stay. the hosts put a lot of thought and efforts to make sure the guests are comfortable and well taken care of. we fell in love with this beautiful home made even more special by its warm-hearted hostess, Ella.
