Once we were able to find the villa (it's in an area that can be a little confusing), Paola met us outside and showed us everything and it was more than enough space for us. We wanted to be near our family who lived within walking distance and we were a very short drive from the town and lungo mare. Obviously in Italy this summer it is VERY VERY hot and there are only fans, but it was better than nothing and during the night the windows open there is a nice breeze. The apartment is shared with the host, but we hardly even noticed or saw them. The outside area is beautifully manicured and the perfect place to relax, read, have a drink and a meal. Everything was very clean. It's a quiet area but at night you can hear the music from the clubs in the summer, it was very funny. Paola and her son are amazing hosts and they were very responsive if we needed help. If you are looking to be near the beach but still close to restaurants and shops, and have a very peaceful and comfortable stay, I 100% recommend booking this villa. We hope to be back on future trips.
