We went there to enjoy our vacation, and the room was incredibly spacious with very comfortable beds. The location was brilliant for relaxation. The staff, especially Nalin, took great care of us, providing everything we needed for a nice stay. The manager, Nuwan, was also fantastic, ensuring our complete satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly visit again on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

I'm not usually writing long reviews. But I have to write one for this. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Golden Residence during our visit to Kegalle, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. It was heartwarming to witness their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill any request we had. I must emphasize that the level of friendliness and helpfulness displayed by the host is something I have rarely encountered in my travels. Their genuine care for their guests is commendable and truly sets The Golden Residence apart from other accommodations. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place where you feel like you're being welcomed into a warm and caring environment. If you're planning a visit to Kegalle, I highly recommend The Golden Residence as your homestay of choice. Not only will you find the facilities to be comfortable and satisfactory, but you'll also experience a level of hospitality that is second to none. Our stay here was memorable, thanks to the incredible host.

We had an amazing stay in Hotel Pinnalanda. The view is breathtaking! Breakfast was really good and the staff was so lovely and friendly. Especially Andrew (that’s how we called him) from the tour desk was such a lovely helpful guy! Thank you Andrew, you did a great job! But all the staff was amazing and made our holiday!! I can really recommend to also use the pool when the elephants are out, that was amazing!

Big Bed in a very komfortable Room, with a big very clean Bathroom. Only 100 Meters of the Elephant Bathing River away. The Elephant are walking sometimes unter my Balcony. There is although a big balcony for all guest available..

The location was perfect to see the elephants. The elephants walked right by the hotel entrance. And the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!
