Very quiet, you can hear lots of birds chirping, so ideal for some peaceful time to read and standstill relaxation. Although the farm is in a main road you don’t hear the cars due to very good windows. Great sushi place down the road, bus stop to Valletta few mins walk. Bakery down the road to buy snacks. Our room had a mini fridge, smart TV, a good AC unit, and a very nice size large shower.

It was a quiet time of the year and we had a pool all to ourselves. Room was spotless and the most comfortable bed imaginable. Staff were excellent , so friendly. We checked in late and were treated to a bottle of wine on the house by the staff who worked at the party marquee. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
