We stayed at Scientjes with our small child to visit some main attractions of Netherlands. We are very pleased with the room and hotel. It was very clean and quite and the neighborhood was also very relaxing. We need to say something about Paul since he was very helpful and asking our needs all the time. He is a very kind person. We loved this beautiful historic property (it used to be a ferryman’s house). It was right on the edge of the small town of Alem with parking across the street. We had a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs which was comfortable and lovely. We walked across the street to the harbour for dinner at a quaint little restaurant. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room was excellent!
