Even before checking in, Joliene, reached out to me and offered an affordable airport transfer, which greatly facilitated our trip. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a functioning air conditioning system that provided respite from the tropical heat. The bed was cozy and ensured a good night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect way to start the day and provided the energy needed for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also provided decent Wi-Fi, which was a plus for staying connected with loved ones and planning our daily activities. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional customer service provided by the entire staff. They were always ready to assist with arranging tours, providing recommendations for local establishments, arranging transportation, and even offering a partnership for affordable scooter rentals. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sam and Rose were amazing at recommending places to go, how to get there etc to us. Anything we asked, they were very helpful with. We really enjoyed our stay. Enna’s Place is comfortable, clean and the breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend. There is also a very good restaurant close called Boninays Pares if you want a break from going into town for dinner. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back here if we get to visit Coron again.
