The owner of the property, - our host, was so incredibly warm and just wanted our family of 2 adults and 4 children (ages 9, 13,13 and 15), to enjoy her property as much as possible. She went above and beyond to try and cater to our family, bringing new toys for the pool she thought the children would enjoy, - as if we didn't have enough to enjoy at this Villa with all the amenities! Honestly this property has EVERYTHING! - there is no excuse to be bored here!. I simply cannot rate this villa or the owner enough, garden lovers MUST BOOK!!! - you won't regret it - she has the most incredible place - like a paradise! The walk to the local beach was short enough for my little legs child to cope on hot days, (about 12 mins) there's a corner shop (2/3 minute walk) with incredible fresh bread every morning ( closed on Sundays) next to the shop is the train station - you can catch into Porto City center for next to nothing, and Ubers are never far away, - depending on time of the day they usually cost between 15€ and 40€ for a 6 person car, I simply wish we hadn't had to leave in the night time for our flights and had the opportunity to meet our host one final time to share with her our thanks and appreciation - thank you so much for sharing your property with our family! from all of us - Dannielle, Will and girls x

Staff really helpful and tried to help us and support us to have a really smooth holiday. Neibours were great and helpful too. Really nice environment to have a relax time. Swimming pool was great. Defenaly we will be back.

Hugo was a great host, spoke great English too, the property has lots of character and is within touching distance of a stunning beach. Uber into the ctr of Porto was around €10 - 15 each way, we hired a rental car for a very low cost. Highly recommend the buggy adventure tour through the mountains and vineyards 😍

High level of privacy, you have own garage for your room, make sure you arrive to this place by car. Very sexy “motel” atmosphere. Good food for reasonable price, delivered quickly to your room, “Continental breakfast” is my favorite.
