We were there for only one night visiting the beautiful little nation and had to depart very early in the morning. The staff were kind enough to put out a significant cold buffet for us despite being well before the scheduled breakfast time. It included much more than one might imagine. I won't spoil the pleasant surprise. It was great!

Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

When I looked up reviews for this hotel on different websites, I was surprised by a 5-stars rating. Not 4,8 or 4,9 - straight 5. And the reason for that is because Blackpine delivers what you cannot get in most luxury hotels - a PERSONALIZED luxury experience. It is really about their team's attention to you as a valued customer: they will try to help with everything starting from your arrival, to giving advices on visiting different places within and out of the city, and up till it is time to leave (special thanks to Taras). Rooms are great: very clean (almost to an extreme level), cleverly designed and offering good amenities. Very good breakfast. I am not a fan of valet parking, but the one offered by the hotel (25EUR per night) was absolutely fine and no troubles at all. We definitely will be back!

A fantastic experience for disconnecting as a family. The lack of Wi-Fi was perfect for us, allowing us to disconnect from technology and bond a bit more during our vacation. We loved the experience and are already planning to seek out the same kind of escape next time we travel.

Because we were attending a sporting event (La Purito), we didn't get to explore the town much, but the surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. We will return to the apartment in the future to enjoy the place and explore the area more. The apartment seemed suitable for our needs and good value for money. The person who welcomed us was very friendly.

It's a very peaceful place, next to the river and surrounded...

It's a very peaceful place, next to the river and surrounded by mountains where you can go hiking. It's centrally located for easy access to the snow-capped mountains or for finding shops and restaurants in Ordino, La Massana, etc., which are just a short drive away. In the evenings, we'd go down to Andorra la Vella and it was all done for us.

Close to the Ordino Arcalis ski slopes (6 days of skiing). We ate once at a pizzeria and once at a small restaurant. Very good value for money. The rest of the time we stayed in Andorra la Ville. The shuttle to the ski slopes is well organized.

Llort is a very quiet village near Ordino, ideal for resting after skiing or hiking. The apartment is like being at home. Don't look for social life in Llort, but you'll have it all within a 5-minute drive. Obviously you will need a transport vehicle.
