The staff was amazing. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was beautiful. nice big comfy bed, great amenities. The room is nicely upgraded. We got a room right in front of the giraffe enclosure and we’re able to feed the giraffes from in front of out room at night. the zoo has so many animal feeding opportunities. Free zoo admission with your stay. We will definitely be returning!
