The owner was wonderful and very accomodating - they agreed to serve us earlier breakfast before going hiking. The location is also perfect - next to a beautiful bridge, a few restaurants, and a souvenir shop. We absolutely loved it! Definetly visit for some great local food and amazing hospitality. ❤️

We liked this hotel a lot! The staff was very polite, social and helpful on everything! The entrance is amazing, the location of the hotel is scenic (Mountain View) The staff changed our room to our request of wanting a balcony, even though it isn’t really allowed and we didn’t have to pay anything extra! The room is spacious, looks very modern and has every facility you would need The breakfast was fascinating! They brought us a full table of amazing food that we really liked for only 5€! We also opted to take dinner here and they made an amazing job here as well! We ordered fish and potatoes, and they kept bringing us dishes from the house! It was unexpected, but pleasant! Overall, if we could give this hotel an 11/10 rating, we would!

We arrived during the night and stayed until the morning. We found a very clean room, with a big shower and bathroom, nice owners. The quality-price relationship is really good.

The hotel seems recently renovated. Very clean. Fragrant. With relaxing music playing in reception. Like an oasis in a noisy city :) Close to the market, spar shops and money changer. The staff was amazing.

The best location one can ever wish for. Just at the beginning of the pedestrian zone where all the restaurants and shops are found. This is a truly unique suite, extremely large, comfortable and attention to every little detail was clearly exhibited. The decor is fantastic, a starlit effect above the bed, an 85” central TV screen and a fabulous jacuzzi hot tub. It is clearly family run and the staff were so sweet, friendly and attentive. It is a brand-new hotel (June 2026) with its free parking lots in the hotel courtyard, good breakfast includes in price, it's very clean inside and outside its building, with friendly and helpful staff, and finally not expensive. City center is about 2 km away from it, and it can be said that is on the walking distance. (We were too tired for walk, and we used a car to reach downtown in order to find a nice place for dinner.) What else can anyone wants.

Everything was perfect. Very nice bathroom and a good shower(in a closed&gazed space), a REAL shower. A good mattress and soft pillows. Excellent lighting everywhere. Good AC. A little fridge. Good breakfast. I recommend this place.

Big room, nice pool. There were some renovations in other part of hotel, but it was not loud. Very big bathroom. Breakfast is served, food is good.

We really liked our stay. The service was great. They helped with organizing our journey to Teth, gave us tips and made us sandwiches for the rest of our journey early in the morning. The place was perfect for our bike trips to Rozafa Castle and the Mes Bridge. We can highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful one-night getaway at Hotel Ideal in Shkodër. The staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, with a super clean bathroom, and the cosy beds and pillows made for a perfect night’s sleep. What made it even better was the genius booking offer we got – the value for money was simply amazing compared to what we received. It was the perfect base to explore the vibrant city of Shkodër. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality at a fantastic price!
