Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Offered recommendations for eating out and sightseeing. Was no problem to leave a car for aditional day in their underground garage for 7Eur while we took trip to shala river and came back only next day

Perfect place to say if you want to stay at skhoder. We also visited Mesi bridge and komani lake from this hotel. Not a bad drive from there. Staff was very helpful too as we arrived from our flight late at night and still found a solution for us to get into the hotel at 1am.

The Icona Hotel in Shkoder has an excellent value for money, the staff is super friendly and communicative, the rooms are new and clean, the food is great, the location is literally in the midle most urban center, it has a great parking covered by cameras

Thank you so much about all of you , they are family, mr elvis he was a good man , he did everything for us , he was ready to help us about any thing , he sent to me al the activities and the place here in Shkodër, the breakfast it was so delicious, her wife she cooked the breakfast , the place its near to the restaurant and coffee shop , 14 minutes by car to the city centre, the view was amazing

Beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Was able to store our luggage in the garage in lockers while we were away hiking for 4 days. Helpful staff organising buses for us before our arrival.

We booked the room with Jacuzzi and it was amazing! Really great jacuzzi (with headrest pillows), huge room, beautifully decorated, very confortable. Also I cannot recommend the restaurant enough! You have to go there. Spectacular food, I would say bistronomic cuisine, we went 3 times in 3 days. Breakfast was in another restaurant next to the hotel and it was very nice too. In the hotel, there were so kind as to keep our luggage for 3 days while we did the Shkodër-Valbona-Theth-Shokdër tour (we were hiking from Valbona to Theth and couldn't take our suitcase with us). Thank you again!

It is a brand new hotel with spacious and well designed rooms. They offer a very nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is a beautiful old house of 1694, that has a beautiful garden and restaurant with very nice food. The room was nice, with beautiful crafts and wood. We had a breakfast in a bag to go because we left very early for Valbona but they were preparing to serve breakfast for the other guests and it seemed really good! You can leave the car parked in the hotel for 5 euros per day while you go trailing in the mountains.

Beautiful place with the most amazing view, the staff was so kind and helpful, the restorant is a must try food experience of the authentic albanian food with local organic products, the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back to this place in our next trip to this area.

This place is great. Its a bit out of the centre area, but thats good for be was pretty quiet. The people that run the hotel are great. I was just staying one night before going to Valbone for hike. I asked to leave bag in storage and car outside and they had no issues with it at all. Very accommodating. They arranged the transport for Valbona. GREAT spot to stay if youre doing the hike or even if youre not I would recommend.
