We had a wonderful stay at Kulla e Artë in Razëm. The place has a warm traditional atmosphere, very clean and cozy, surrounded by beautiful alpine nature. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for peace and relaxation. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the first moment. The traditional food was delicious and prepared with fresh local products. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the authentic charm of the Albanian Alps. Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good swimming pool, and excellent staff. We spent only one night here so we didn't have time to explore surroundings, but in a short hike we noticed a lot of beautiful hiking trails in this fascinating mountains. Although the premisses itself are not newly renovated, nor perfectly clean, it still deserves 10, and a recommendation.

Our stay at this house was one of the best experiences we had in Albania. The place is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and comfortable, with an amazing natural atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for as a family. The hospitality was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The young man at the house was always kind and ready to help us with anything we needed. Mama Zina was also wonderful, and we really enjoyed meeting her and trying her delicious food. I also want to mention something that truly shows how honest, trustworthy, and caring the host is. We accidentally left a very expensive bag at the house after checking out and had already traveled to Tirana, which is around two and a half hours away. Sylvester went to great lengths to help us. He contacted people who could deliver the bag to us in Tirana and put in a lot of effort just to make sure we got it back safely. What impressed us even more was that he stayed in contact with us step by step throughout the entire process to make sure the bag reached us safely. When it finally arrived, it was completely intact and absolutely nothing was missing. We truly appreciate everything Sylvester did for us. His honesty, effort, and care made a big impression on our entire family. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here, and if we return to Albania in the future, this house will definitely be our first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and authentic Albanian experience. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️
