Everything! The staff, the shuttle service from the airport, the attention to detail, covenient location, prefectly clean.

Clean and comfortable facilities. Perfect location if you have an early 4am flight like we did. It is on the road of the airport, the view from the balcony is the airport- you couldn’t get any closer if you tired. Rooms are soundproof didn’t hear any noise from airport. Staff are very friendly. Restaurant downstairs but be mindful the resturant only takes cash.

The room was big enough, modern and the view was nice. ALL the staff was very friendly and always willing to offer assistance, especially Jessica.The breakfast was ok as well.The location near the airoport is convenient, especially if you land very late in the evening or leaving in the morning.The traffic is dificult so better to stay near the airport than to miss the flight.The taxi until Durres beach was 25 EUR one way and until cable car +bunk art was around 20 EUR one way (they are very close to each other).There is Hertz rent a car company in the same yard with the hotel if you want to go and visit other beaches by yourself. This hotel is very new, clean and quiet. Richard picked us up by car from airport and also back to it in the very early morning. This guy is a work-hard and warm-heart young man. Thank you Richard!

The owner of this Apart is very helpful in every aspect. He speaks and communicate very well in English, he ordered a green taxi which is the same price as taking bus from the airport, he suggested the places to visit. He did a free drop off to the airport at 4 am. he deserves a 100/100 The hotel is super clean and the location is super to wake early and heading to the airport.

We spent a few wonderful days at Hotel By Holiday and I'm happy to recommend it! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is very convenient and easy to find, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the peaceful atmosphere really allowed us to relax properly. We came with our family and had a great time – warm atmosphere, everything in order, no issues at all. This isn't my first time visiting this hotel, and I'll definitely keep coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place with excellent service!

Room was very clean and quiet... As was the rest of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. We used this hotel as it is a few minutes walk to the airport, will definitely use again.

Very helpful staff. Very quiet despite being so close the airport. Comfortable modern rooms. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. Perfect location for early morning flights - 5-minute walk from hotel to terminal. Highly recommend it!

Very quiet, clean and modern hotel.

Wow! What a lovely hotel. As soon as we parked up outside, a lovely, smiley young boy came out to help us with our bags. He was so kind and patient while we checked in and asked him lots of questions. I think he was the most smiley person ever😄 The hotel and the rooms were so clean and tidy and modern. All of the staff were very helpful, they opened doors for us, helped us order pizzas, sort our airport shuttle out, etc. It is not even a five minute drive from the airport, and was perfect for our early morning flight the next day. Thank you!

Clean and cosy hotel close to airport. Very convenient if you arrive late or have early flight. Just 15 min by foot from airport.

I had an exceptional stay. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, high-quality linen and towels, and the property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were outstanding, warm, professional, and attentive and the complimentary transport was seamless and very convenient.

We were taken to another hotel as they were overbooked. The hotel was new and only few hundred meters away so have nothing to complain about

This place is more than just a hotel – it feels like your own villa with private rooms, a beautiful garden with tables and chairs, and complete peace and quiet. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. The whole staff was wonderful, and the young lady at the reception took care of everything perfectly – she really made our stay special. We will definitely come back!

Room clean, stuff helpful, they invite taxi to airport, gave free water for wilting taxi. Perfect location before flight.
