i couldn't wait to leave this review the two receptionists that were there when i stayed were so kind and i felt really comfortable asking for anything i needed:) it was clean view was so pretty for sunsets and its the perfect spot 10minuet walk to port have two beaches either side shuttle tours are a 6minuet walk up the road and all boat tours leave from the back door:) also have food pharmacies and grocery shops right across the street x

They say location is everything and this hotel delivers stunning views of Sarande that cannot be faulted. Hotel felt modern with great facilities that include a superb rooftop bar that we regularly ended each night with a cocktail and started each day with a generous breakfast that caters for all tastes from sausages, bacon, eggs to yogurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, croissants etc. Room itself was spacious with mini fridge and kettle, for our party of three there was plenty of space and bathroom was also a good size with a mirror that lit up and was appreciated by my daughter. Reception staff were amazing with a special shout out to the girl, I’ve forgotten her name, but she went the extra mile to book a taxi so we could see the sunset from the castle. Despite some minor issues I would highly recommend this lovely family run hotel and would happily return next time I’m in Sarande.

A disappointing and unprofessional experience The location is nice — about 10 minutes from beautiful, quiet beaches and just 2 minutes to the public beach (which is chaotic and overcrowded). Our room was clean and had a decent balcony. The receptionist was kind and helped carry our luggage to the 4th floor, as there is no elevator. This was appreciated. But unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a properly run hotel.

Great location, beach and breakfast. Sunbeds which are included with the rate are super comfy. Breakfast spread is vast. Seaview room has an incredible view. Arrived earlier and room was provided immediately. Quiet area.
