Stayed here many times. Perfect as always, very clean, quiet and helpful staff

The best part was 3 bottles of water were supplied for we 3 in the room. Even soap, tooth brush everything was 3 in number which we rarely see in other hotels. Staff were so helpful. Bed, pillows were comfortable. Was a clean room. Breakfast was good. Had a pleasant stay.

The room looked exactly like the photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A big 24/7 supermarket is close to the hotel.

Cute and clean place, quite and bright. It has everything you need for your stay. Very convenient transit to EVN airport. The owner offered a reasonably priced transfer from and to airport. Gotta add he is a very good and helpful person. He helped us stay at his place at no charge when mu flight was gone without me and my daughter, picked us up from airport, followed up during the day, helped us with the bags and the way to the airport. Very generous and kind person. You won’t regret staying at his property. Also, important to add, the maid at the property is very sweet lady. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing and brand new hotel. Fantastic pool and spa that is even better in real life than in the pictures. Very nice staff, always ready to help with everything. Great international breakfast with an amazing staff taking care of everything you want. Beautiful view of the Ararat from the breakfast terrace, Will be back for sure!

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and kind. The hotel's location is excellent—just about 10 minutes from the airport. They offer a free transfer, which is very convenient if you arrive at night or early in the morning. Check-in is available 24 hours a day, and you can make payments by card at the reception through a terminal. The hotel restaurant serves both national dishes and European cuisine. Breakfast is often included in the room rate, and the food is delicious and prepared in a home-style manner using local products. I highly recommend it. You can order lunch and dinner at any time that suits you, but it's best to place your order in advance. I would love to return in the summer and stay there for longer.

Great place, as always! We've been there for 20 days and every of them was peaceful and quiet. The owner, as always, is very respectful and charming. The mistress, as always, is quite positive and helpful. The view and the local cats are great too! Great place, as always. Good job, Gevorg & Aiqush! We'll totally visit this place once more!

Really clean and well appointed and generously sized room appointed to a European standard with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The shower was super clean and worked a treat. The room also has a kettle and coffee sachets and tea bags supplied and also drinks bar fridge. The location is brill as it is within easy walking distance to the Sasuntsi David Metro / railway station which meant that super easy to catch the train to Gyumri or hop on the Metro to explore the city. Moreover there is a reserved parking area in front of the hotel which meant that taxis could stop immediately outside the hotel and which we used (via Yandex Taxi app) to go on private tours. At the price point and all in all can't rate highly enough!

Everything was perfect, clean,not really far from city center, the host was super kind and hospitable. I highly recommend it to everyone.
