Hotel in Marigot Bay
Offering a garden, terrace and outdoor pool, Marigot Palms Luxury Caribbean Apartment Suites is located 5 minutes’ walk from Marigot Bay Beach. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Breathtaking! The place is absolutely magical, with a breathtaking view of the bay of Marigot from the heights. The flat is very well equipped and extremely well decorated; special mention for the superb wooden terrace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Sad that we only stayed one night.
Marigot Bay
Situated next to an unspoilt white-sand beach, this resort and diving centre features a spa and 2 swimming pools. It was beautiful. The room was cozy and welcoming. Had a few kittens in the roof though. But the view.....it was calming and very beautiful.

Marigot Bay is Pretension at one end of the scale and Tack at the other. Both Tack and Pretension are pricey. We live on the island of Bequia, only 30 or 40 miles away but we have to get a ferry then a taxi to the airport in St Vincent to fly to the 'Lilliput' airport in north of St Lucia. Because Bequia is a small island and very dependent on seasonal tourism, it is not unreasonable to find prices more than on larger islands. But Marigot Bay is pricier than Bequia. Catch of the Day [very good] is 80 xcd even in the Tack end, In Bequia it is only 65xcd in the best hotels. So why does one go there? To stay at Villa Pomme d'Amour of course. It is the perfect sanctuary with very accommodating and generous hosts We went for peace and we got peace. The Bay 'village' was 12 minutes' walk but our host would give us a lift frequently.
If you're looking for a location away from Rodney Bay and the hustle and bustle of it all, then this is the place. Small villas tucked into the hillside with balconies and a view. Pool available and a shirt walk or drive to the beach. Roads are a bit pot holey, but JJ the owner is friendly and option for boat ride available. You can cook in the villa, pots and pans and cutlery available, just buy your food. Restaurant at the base of the property serves up good grub though!
This is the highlight of St.Lucia .It is definitely the most travelled area because of its location. The bay itself because of all the international yachts adds an aurora which is hard to duplicate.
There are a selection of restaurants to choose from Shop is present but limited We ate mainly at the hotel but there is an Indian restaurant that serves good food. Lovely yachts to look at along the path Need a car or taxi to get round which is available but pricey
We were able to spend a week in St. Lucia. Chateau Mygo is one of the gems of the Island. You can expect hairpin turns everywhere on the Island when traveling so don't let that discourage you from Chateau Mygo at the top of the bay with the best views, the largest private pool on the island from staying there. Three grocery stores within 4 miles of the Chateau. We had Mahi Mahi and Island spices to BBQ in our villa. A++ amenities with evening enterainment and great choices at the bay each evening for variety of food. Expect Isaland time if you are American and simple say that you need your drinks in 10 minutes... and then wait. 15% discounts for Chateau Mygo guests. We got to diamond falls and the botanical gardens and the quaint beaches at Sourferie ($18). We go easily north through Castries to the Naked Fisherman beach and resaurant and found more than enough to delight (Bannanas and Salt Fish for example). With 200k inhabitants the Rainforst the joy of the locals and the playgournd to water enthusiasts is all at Marigot Bay. Rodney Bay had your coommercial all inclusives and your Tiki Hut dinners but Marigot Bay has history, charm and is not easily eclipsed at any other island stay. Thanks Doreen and Andrea for making our stay a delight. Thanks for having your properities at their finest for our arrival and during our stay. Get a national car rental when you arrive - expect to pay $60-70 plus insurance a day.
Really lovely place. Marigot Beach Club was a great place to stay. Great views of the bay. Carnival boat tours were excellent. Fantastic kayak tour with DFH kayaks. Lovely food and drinks at the Hurricane Hole, which is just across the water (a 2 minute free ferry ride from the hotel we were staying in) Great snorkelling opportunities. Take cash (US Dollars or EC Dollars) as some restaurants don’t accept credit cards.
Everything! The hosts Ann and Danny are very welcoming and accommodating. They run a beautiful hotel with an amazing view and a nice pool. The place is very clean and just feels like home.
Marigot Bay
The hotel's location is amazing, with a magnificent view in one of the island's most attractive locations. The room was comfortable and spacious, fully equipped and clean.
