The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

The individual cabins were great. On request we had our washing done and it was brought to us, ironed (not everyone does that) for a fair price. The staff is very helpfull, even while there is a language barrier.

Everything brand new, very clean and fresh, good design, great set of things to do onsite. Great spa with a very nice hammam. Delicious breakfast with numerous options of how and cold dishes, all fresh. Rarely decent coffee. Staff is very welcoming and very helpful. Restaurant with room service. Spa offers massage for a fair price (my compliments to the specialist).

This was our second time in this hotel. The same warm atmosphere, welcoming stuff, clean linen, comfy bed. Breakfast was better then last time. Views are really breathkeeping. Only for these views one can return here again and again. The green area was well maintained and there were more trees. Beautiful, cozy, and most importantly, peace and quiet.

Hotel is really good. Staff helpful and friendly. Room small, but comfy. Also there is pool in the hotel (different building) and it is free of charge for hotel visitors. If you want to visit it, no need to take anything from room (only your sweem suite) as you will get all at the pool reception. Breakfast good and delicious. Free parking.

The hotel feels like royalty, feels like you have entered a palace. The rooms and toilets are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that operates 24hrs, which is an advantage. They provide free shuttle to and fro the casino which is at the entrance of the facility. The staffs at the reception were polite and helpful. The location is ideal for people who like to stay away from the traffic and crowd at the city center.
