Everything was excellent: the breakfast was great, the staff were very attentive and helpful, its location is perfect, and if I could give it more than 10 stars - I would. I’ve been to a number of places with medical spa and mineral water (like Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne, etc) and my stay in this hotel was absolutely superior to any of these places. It was one of my best experiences with hotels and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel in wonderful place. We checked into the hotel in the evening and there was no one at the reception except the security guard. he was very nice and gave us the keys to our room and a kettle, and in the morning we officially checked in. Since we were in Dzherik off-season, they changed our room for free to a suite with a magnificent view. Best view in Jermuk 🤭 nice personal. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms with view. Good Wi-Fi

Great mini apt. Super cozy. Lovely oners. We forget power bank in the room when we check out,and owner drive 2 km to find us on the road hitching (missed maršutka) so he can give it Tu as back.
