RussiaMy wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special.
The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit.
The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look!
Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. A big thank you to the warm and accommodating staff!

Jermuk is small but very charming, with a lot of opportunities for hiking. The road to the largest Armenian waterfall is surprisingly well-done and has a lot of interesting views on the way. The free mineral water fountains were a pleasant surprise. And city folk is very nice and helpful. Extra points for lizards - there are some nice places where you can find a lot of them and they are super cute!

The city nicely surprised us with cleanliness, peace, calmness and beauty. Roads and pavements were neat and tidy, trees and lawns well groomed, air fresh, people kind and friendly. No potholes, no trash, flowers everywhere. Special thanks to the mayor and municipality employees for their hard work, for taking care of this Arminian gem, city of hot springs and mineral water, Jermuk.

The town of Jermuk is renowned for its cleanliness and the helpfulness of its locals. It offers a great selection of hotels catering to all budgets, with a high standard of service observed in hotels, restaurants, and local shops. The scenery in Jermuk is breathtaking, complemented by the exceptionally fresh air.

The environment is great.
The environment is great. Nice waterfalls close by and historic places.
The area is located at a relatively high altitude. Several people who normally already have an elevated blood pressure had very high blood pressure in this area. It takes some time to adapt.

1. Pleasant weather (in fact a bit cold - 10 degree Celsius at night) - even during hot summer (early July).
2. Scenic road to and from.
3. Very green small resort town.
4. Attractions such as the beautiful waterfall and hot springs are inside the town.
5. Ample opportunities for hiking, adventure tours within and around.
6. Clean air.

It is an old style Soviet era hotel (so the equipment may not be the newest) that serves as a Sanatorium for Mothers and Children, so I was one of rare "outsiders." However, the environment was fabulous, rooms clean (towels seems to be changed every day), they were actually cleaning the corridors all the time. There are self service breakfast, lunch and dinner will a lot of choice, and you can get various medical treatments as well.
There are also (covered) parking and great view from the top floors.

Excellent hotel, great value. Treatment procedures were very relaxing, staff was excellent. Food was healthy and there was always a good selection of salads and other meals.
