Combination of price, location, and room size are great. 15 minute walk to the center (although there's not much of a center anyway), the house has big, spacious rooms, and the shared bathroom seems to be recently renovated. The wifi is EXCELLENT. I was worried about this based on the remote location of Meghri, but I was on a large call for work with at least six of us on video, and there was no problem at all. I ate breakfast and dinner there one day, and both were good, with plenty of food. Basic but authentic meals, home cooked, using vegetables and fruits from their property. Especially given the limited options in town, I'd recommend it. Hosts speak limited english but enough that it wasn't a problem, and they were friendly and accommodating.

For reference, the property is a 20min walk uphill from the Meghri town, or a 1000 dram taxi Beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains, and super clean. In my section, there were 3 rooms and one shared bathroom. AC in. each room as well. However I would only recommend one night here and wouldn’t stay again for the reasons below.
