The cottage was just perfect for our family with 2 adults and 3 kids. A fireplace and Christmas tree made a perfect Christmas stay for us. Mountains and fresh air. National Park is wonderful. I love the region and from time to time I am back to Tsaxkadzor to spend my time, to feel the nature, to visit the churches, to pray, to do my morning promenades, to enjoy the coffees and restaurants, and in winter to enjoy the ski.

Tsaghkadzor is a charming, small town that is perfect for a 3–4 day getaway. It’s an excellent spot if you enjoy skiing or snowboarding, as the slopes are the main draw. Outside of winter sports, there aren't a huge number of activities in the town itself, but it’s very peaceful. There are some beautiful historic sites nearby (like Lake Sevan or Kecharis Monastery) if you want to explore, though I spent my time enjoying the local mountain atmosphere

What a quaint and lovely little mountain town!

What a quaint and lovely little mountain town! We came to see the snow and the snow covered mountain is beautiful. Central Tsaghkadzor was lovely - so many great restaurants to choose from and very reasonable prices. Lovely place to walk and enjoy the winter air.

the location of the hotel is really great!

the location of the hotel is really great! you can access all key tourist place near by , they view from room and size of the room is really great , however I would like to highlight two areas where the guest experience could be significantly improved. First, I believe that indoor kids' rides and activities should be complimentary for staying guests. Charging additional fees for these services feels like an unnecessary 'hidden cost,' whereas making them free would add great value for families. Second, I have a serious concern regarding the placement of drinking water. Currently, it is being placed in the bathroom, which is quite unhygienic. For the health and comfort of your guests, I strongly suggest keeping all drinking water in the main bedroom or refreshment area instead.

Its a small town about 1hr away from Yerevan.

Its a small town about 1hr away from Yerevan. Basically its a ski resort. Jan and Feb depending on the snowfall the ski season is on. The market area has amazing hotels with good food. I was surprised to see restaurants like Pur and the decor these restaurants have made. A good place to venture with family

The ambience and the location. Very calm and cool place. The reception staff was very helpful and so caring. The Tsaghkadzor rope way is located just 700m from the hotel. Anyone who is planning to visit Armenia, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Comfortable hotel very close to the ropeway. The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable. Our room had a lovely balcony that looked across to the pool. The shower was good. Very close to The Craftsmen which is a lovely restaurant.
