We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the property was lovely, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The best thing is outside city and T&G store at the ground floor. You can buy water, drinks and etc from that store.

We loved the balcony and the spacious layout of the room. There was so much counter space which is something we have found to be limited in other places. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a little radio in the bathroom that clicks on when you turn the light on that we thought it was fun. Plenty of parking available and front desk staff were kind and English speaking! High class decor throughout.

The person in the reception is extremely helpful and nice ...view from breakfast table and from the balcony is breathtaking and probably the best in the region....balcony is huge , my toddler played so happily there...the hotel gives you a warm homely feeling..

A lot of options for breakfast, food always fresh and tasty. The wellness space is really nice, the sauna/ aromatherapy after an entire day of walking is a blessing. The visitors can have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, there's also a bar where one can have a drink in the evening. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, there's a bus stop near the hotel, with a bus going to the Innsbruck main train station. Different shops, supermarkets, a shopping center can be found nearby. The place is clean, the employees are nice and always ready to help.

A very beautiful and cozy hotel. The staff and owner are very nice and they put so much care into every detail. The place has a warm cottage ambience, with lots of beautiful flowers on the balconies and stunning views of the mountains and an old church, that makes you live in reality the dreamy scenes from a movie in Austria. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the historic Schloss Ambras, and there is a stop for the light railway line #3 (tram or street-car, whatever you call it) next to the hotel which takes you to the hauptbahnhof and city centre in just 10 minutes. There is also a bank right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The room was so spacious and clean. The facilities were in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the hotel and it was a short walk to the Christmas Markets. The hot water kettle and selection of teas was excellent ! There was ample street parking outside and since parking is free on Sundays it was only €4.20 to stay till checkout after free parking ended at 9 am the following day. Highly Recommended!

Super clean interior and clean.

Very comfortable generously sized room which presented as almost brand new. Great location and very convenient parking. There are no steps from parking, reception and room making for easy access.

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff is very kind amd helpful. It is not so close to the central railway station, but there are several bus stops close to the hotel. If you are staying 2 nights or longer, remember to ask for the welcome card to have free local transport within the city.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Gothic Room which is large and very quiet, although it faces a larger main street. Although it wasn't an issue for us and should not deter you, note that the bathroom is an added feature to the room, so it has a little bit less privacy than a traditional hotel bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and well-appointed. I also want to add that Ursula is the one to ask for anything you need. She is amazing!

Excellent location with really good connectivity to the Alstad and to access the ski areas. The staff are courteous, accommodating, and warm. The bar is super cozy and nice. During winters, they do serve really good Glühwein too. Our room was super spacious, the view was excellent. The rooms were equipped with all the facilities, including an iron box and table. We had a 3-bed and occupancy room, in which both the hall with the sofa cum bed with TV and the rooms also had a TV. The team deserves a mention for making a birthday wish and card in the room.
