We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

Incredible service from the receptionist who checked us in and out. She was extremely thoughtful and caring to make sure we had a nice stay. in addition, very nice rooms, very modern styling. the view from the bar balcony at the top of the hotel was incredible. I'll definitely be staying here again if I ever return to innsbruck!

Perfect Location: Right in the center, ideal for exploring the city. Helpful Parking Support: Although our car was a bit heavier, the hotel staff gave us clear instructions for nearby parking. There’s also a convenient spot just a few meters from the hotel to unload bags. Spacious Room: We booked a standard room, and the size was perfect for our needs.
