The athmosphere in the hotel and the cafe is great, perfect location and also incredible views from our room. Highly recommend!

I was not the best guest, because I asked for a seperate beds although the only room avaliable was with double bed. I came late and missed the check in. But amazing staff managed to deal with all my quirks, so the card was waiting for us at the bar which was luckily open until midnight that day, and they managed to create a seperate beds for us. Staff was amazing, especially Ahmed who was really kind to us :) Breakfast is served in the bar 50 meters from the main building and it was great.

Perfect location and hotel for children and families. Our children loved it. The game room was full of games, climbing walls, ping pong. The view of the sauna was wonderful. Super fun hotel!

The hotel is located in the historical part of the city, a 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the the Golden Roof. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and in terms of facilities, they are equipped with everything we needed during our stay. As for the breakfast, it was diverse and all the food was of great quality. The staff was always helpful, respectful and communicative. The hotel has a parking area (15 EUR per night) and it's very close to some great restaurants. An excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Innsbruck.

The breakfast was great! The view of the hotel its amazing. The room was super clean and the hotel itself its really good.

Everything was just as it should be. Check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was well-stocked and fresh, and the dinners at the bar were delicious. I couldn’t ask for more! Also, I did not pre-notify the property that I was coming with a wheelchair user, and as expected because it’s an American chain, his chair fit in all the elevators and easily through all doors. This hotel might be in Austria, but it’s got the basics of ADA compliance.

It is located in a nice village, 15 minutes from Innsbruck center by bus. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk. There are many trails in the area.

Room was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was good.

The hotel is super great. Great location to everywhere. The staff are so nice. The breakfast buffet is so great with lots of variety and great quality. I really enjoyed having breakfast there, especially the juice, coffee, hot chocolate, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, and fresh cold water in the hot summer time. The fridge in the room is cold and big enough. The hotel is also great for kids. I highly recommend it.

The closeness to city centre and transport. The beds were the best I’ve ever slept in. Great friendly and helpful staff. I had an excellent time at this hostel. Very well equiped kitchen also.

Everything was excellent! Location, breakfast with good variety and tasty, very comfortable room and the spa/sauna/pool area is perfect to enjoy after a long day!
