The hotel had an amazing setting, with views of the mountains on one side, and Lake Achensee on the other. The staff are very curtious and helpful and we were met with a welcoming glass of Prosecco. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a short order chef working the omelette station, and plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheeses etc. There is a spa though with only one night, we did not have time to try it, though the outdoor pool, which is linked to the indoor pool, did look very inviting. The hotel also benefits from a large underground car park. We would be happy recommend this hotel to any future guests, and hope to return ourselves one day.

Clean, spaceous room and bathroom, complimentary water, tee and coffee, kitchenette with basic kitchenware, microwave and a fridge. Free parking was a great help. The hotel's restaurant baked great pizza, we loved it. View was gorgeous with the river and mountains.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is really courteous and friendly. Location is nice, we walked the whole city center, while our car was parked in the underground parking just below the hotel. They gave us very nice, mountain facing room with a serene view on 9th floor.

perfect hotel excellent location

Perfect location and hotel for children and families. Our children loved it. The game room was full of games, climbing walls, ping pong. The view of the sauna was wonderful. Super fun hotel!

Everything was fabulous, excellent. We liked everything about that hotel, especially the breakfast.

24 hour desk, parking, close to highway, friendly receptionist. We had a road trip and this option was the best for us.

this is a MOTEL - next to the inntal highway - perfect for overnight - plain room , comfy bed , minimalistic bath - fair

The wellness area with saunas are nice, good view of the mountains. And there is Tesla supercharger just behind the hotel, super convenient. I wish I had known before coming, so we didn’t need to spend time charging on our way. We bought half board also, very good value.

Perfect location, clean and quiet

The room was beautiful views of the mountains. Cleanliness was excellent. The beds and lines were of high quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased breakfast, which was varied and delicious. The dining area was located up high and was decorated to be cozy. The scenery was stunning! It was wonderful to start the day with stunning mountain views.
