Super friendly and helpful host, who went out of her way to look after us. Lovely balcony overlooking the village and mountains. Sparkly clean. Host changed towels halfway through the week. Short walk to bus stop - 5 minutes (8 minutes on way home as uphill). Bakery with great pastries and friendly staff a 4 minute walk (note not open Sundays). Mini supermarket 5 minute walk. Not much going on in Sautens itself, but buses every half an hour to Oetz and further on up to Solden. Open air pool 10 to 15 minute walk.

Highly recommended, 10/10 for this apartment! The location is amazing, in the Ötztal. A perfect startpoint for different kind of activities (hiking, climbing, water-sports, cycling, etc). The hosts are very kind and helpful and communicate fast and in perfect English. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. It's decorated with a good taste for style. Close by you can find a bakery, shop and playgrounds for kids. Would definitely come back here again.

A very nice apartment, spacious, clean and it has everything you need. You have your own entrance, a place to sit outside and your own parking spot. Our dogs were very welcome. The bathroom is very modern and there is a washing machine. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped. Sautens is a nice village and the surroundings are very beautiful. We really enjoyed our two weeks’ stay at apartment Eva and really felt at home.

The hotel is located on a scenic hillside. The decoration is very modern and corzy. The balcony with mountain view is great. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Nearby the Area 47, Aqua Domen, and Widiversum are all worth visiting in summer. Looking forward to skiing here in winter.:)

prime location in tirol if you have car and interested in some outdoor activities. other than that this hotel is just amazing, the staff from all parts of the hotel are just the top they could find. thank you so much for an amazing vacation with you guys that was one of the best experience we had.

First of all, Martina, the owner was lovely, the hospitality was perfect. The location was great for Tirol trip, and the facility was perfect for family. Very nice view from breakfast balcony. Highly recommend.

Location is good. The views from the rooms are nice but you are in Tirol so a view from anywhere is beautiful. Clean hotel, clean rooms.

Excellent located when in transit to Sölden. Nice, friendly and serviceminded host. Spacious rooms and quiet hotel.
