Family run accommodation on a beautiful farmland. The family of over 35 members lives and works around the area and they all are very sweet and welcoming. They even invite you to visit their farms, stable and even their family chapel. Its at about 20minutes drive from Salzburg but we loved it to start and end our days calmly before and after the hussle-bussle of visiting Salzburg.

The restaurant was unfortunately not open..wasn’t mentioned when booking. Breakfast was ok, helpful when I didn’t like the juice, brought a different kind. Eggs made to order. Room large and with nice view. The balcony is open between rooms, no divider, which felt a bit strange. Nice bed. Good desk for work. Close to Strasswalchen with a few restaurants to offer. Lake near by. Good parking.

The room, and particularly the bathroom, had been renovated to the very highest standards , something normally seen in 5-star city hotels Aircon was beautiful! It's above a wonderful Italian restaurant, which is managed separately

We were visiting family nearby in Valentinhaft so it was a very convenient location. We have stayed at the hotel previously for a family wedding so we knew it would be excellent! Lovely room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff!
