The staff was very welcoming, helpful and they tried their best. Room was good size, there was space for everything we needed, looked well maintained and clean. Aircon in the rooms, soundproof windows, very quiet inside (while the windows are closed).

This was my 4th trip to Vienna. On these trips, I've stayed in various hotels in the city center. Hotel Ambassador was the best and I return to this hotel because of its central location, wonderful staff, and excellent service. I especially enjoyed the bar/cafe service. It was efficient, accommodating, and super professional.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast excellent, location so perfect for a relaxing stay in the Prater...nice that there are bikes to rent as well. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated. Outside, the garden area is really comfortable for having breakfast or just to enjoy the surroundings.

Really nice hotel close to Vienna train main station and subway line U1. Shopping at Spar and Billa really close to hotel. It’s clean there and personal is nice to all. Breakfast is classic: eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans and potatoe pancakes.

An amazing hotel which is caring about the ambient. No fridge available, because they care about no CO2 in the atmosphere! WOW! Very good! Very healthy breakfast with vegan and bio meal! Recommend it!
