Offering free WiFi, an outdoor pool and a day spa, the Escape 1770 Motel - No Kids - NO SMOKING - No Partying Boutique Resort is located in Agnes Water. Everything, especially the spa inside the rooms. Great for a quiet and peaceful trip with there being no kids!!!
Guests can enjoy the full resort experience as there is a lagoon-style swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, an award-winning day spa, and a restaurant and bar. A surf beach is a 3-minute walk away. It was lovely & clean the pool was nice and the restaurant was good
Backpackers @ 1770 is conveniently located, directly next to shops and a bus stop and is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free onsite parking. The place is nice and cozy and offers the greatest chilled out vibes. You’ll wanna stay longer with the friendly staff, with the beach 4 minutes away and the rental laid back atmosphere. I loved everything about it!
Just 984 feet from Agnes Water Beach, Edge on Beaches features 4 swimming pools, a sun terrace and free WiFi. All self-contained villas feature a private patio with pool or garden views. The unit was well appointed and furnishings were comfortable. The position of the villa to the pool was perfect. The facilities and grounds were well appointed, clean, child safe and friendly. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The resort is an affordable luxury for my family.
Just 1148 feet from Agnes Water Surf Beach, Agnes Water Beach Club offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi access (limits apply), a private balcony and BBQ facilities. Great location close to the beach and to shops/restaurants. Our unit had a washing machine and dryer and everything else we needed.
Beachside 1770 YHA is a tranquil little getaway in paradise. With surfboard and bike hire, and just a 656 ft walk through the lush rainforest to Agnes Waters' main beach, you'll be able to get the... It was definitely what I expected a backpackers to be like reminded me of school camps . Loved it would do it again for longer the shower pressure was amazing
Agnes Waters was a disappointment, but found 1770 quite picturesque. Our accomodation was 20 mins out of the centre of Agnes Waters, so we found it quite peaceful and secluded. Agnes Waters provided mainly resort style accommodation which did not suit us.
It was tmot the property review.. this is about the property owner(lady). The man was nice I believe. Never go by their advice on weather conditions… make your own decisions if you are to make a cancellation before your last date of cancellation.
Everything about this beautiful part of the world was stunning. Beaches, views, sunrises and sunsets, tours, wildlife, walks, activities, eateries were all great. Such a relaxed place with friendly locals. The only thing that wasn't great was that it had to come to an end. Will definitely be back soon. Fabulous holiday location.
Definitely do the drive to 1770 and the lookout. Just beautiful at sunset and/or sunrise. Great location for relaxing and walking along the beach. Take a day trip on the Larc - great experience!
favourite place was the little place right beside local boat ramp, you are able to go and find a table and chairs ( or take your own) and sit for sunset right by the water and eat a nice meal ( fish and chips) while listening to live music! We ate fish and chips from the cafe there ( the price are a bit higher than we expected however where you are can understand why they are a higher piece, it would take money to get the amount of food from a bigger city to Agnes) very easy to get around Agnes if you have your own car and make sure you check out the local markets on a Sunday morning!
Agnes water was easy to find your way around. Only had one service station. No Vodafone coverage at all which was annoying. Plenty of eating places. The visit to the museum was very interesting and had a lot of artefacts. Paperbark tree trail was very interesting.
We absolutely adored the holiday house, very cozy cottage vibe, with a great outdoor seating area. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well as the table tennis and fuse ball! The surrounding area is stunning, perfect for a peaceful getaway from all the noise of the outside world. Mike and Michi were absolutely lovely hosts, they have provided everything and more to make our stay super comfortable and have done an amazing job. The beds were also extremely comfy, always a bonus! Looking forward to our next stay at the kookaburras nest :)
We were stuck in Agnes Waters (awful I know) for an extra week due to the terrible floods. The staff at Sandcastles were amazing and accommodating. After I explained we couldn't get home and needed to stay another week, they not only upgraded our room but they also checked in on us to ensure our extended stay was perfect. I cannot express our gratitude to the staff. we will definitely be returning to Sandcastles in the future.
We stayed 5 nights at the Agnes Waters Beach Club which was located within easy walking distance to the main beach, shops, dine-in and takeaway options, with more options available and only a short drive away. We especially enjoyed our full day tour on the LARC up to the lighthouse, as well as the many different walking trails in and around Agnes Waters and Seventeen Seventy.
Studio 9A at the caravan park was an ideal location. 30 meters from beach with shade from midday to afternoon sun with great water view. The room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and room air conditioned as well as fitted with ceiling fans. well equipped and office staff friendly and very helpful. A very pleasant stay in a great location
James was very friendly and welcoming to us and other guests. We would like to thank you and him for the exceptional hospitality. Willing to rebook and recommend the Kitesurf House to others when visiting Agnes Waters 1770. A great huge Thanks from us.
Super comfy bed, and absolutely gorgeous property and place to stay! Hosts were excellent! Definitely a great place to go and relax to get away from it all! About 20min away from Agnes/1770, very quiet, peaceful and tranquil!
A real surprise, recently refurbished ‘couples’ cabins in a well appointed backpacker, caravan park, with great facilities - bbqs, games room, pool, etc. Meticulously landscaped and maintained by lovely friendly hosts.
We scouted out 1770 Getaway in Agnes Waters online and, based on the high ratings of previous reviewers, we booked 4 nights coming from Michigan, USA. It was such a pleasant experience, we didn't want to leave!
it was perfect ✅. magical little spot near all the good spots and soo close to walking tracks and beach. best of all the e bike hire place was 300 metres along the track. LOVED AGNES WATERS 💋
The room is quiet and has everything you need. We loved the jacuzzi that comes with the room and the pool area is amazing. The hotel is close to everything. Really good value for money
Location was perfect between Agnes Water and 1770. Only a short walk to the beach too. Nice big house with plenty of room for the family. Gary was very helpful.
I absolutely could not fault our stay at all! Gary was absolutely wonderful to deal with it felt like home! Definitely going back!!
