The property owner is friendly and helpful. He even went extra mile to check with us to ensure everything is ok especially handling of the keys by reception. The apartment is well maintained, clean and tidy with cooking facilities. Great view of city high monuments from balcony. Highly recommended for all travelers.

The apartments are so spacious and create a really comfortable environment to relax in. We love how quiet and secure they are. They have everything you need and make it easy to be away from home when undergoing treatment or just having a break. Love the staff they are all amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Box Hill is a very lively suburb with dozens and dozens of Asian restaurants to enjoy, which we did, and were not disappointed.
The train station is in the CBD enabling the rapid transit METRO Trains to get you to outer suburbs or to the city of Melbourne. Trams and buses run regularly and will also get you around Box Hill and other areas.
We only stayed for two days and nights but managed a day trip further out to the east (30 minutes) for a hike thru' the beautiful forests there.
Love Box Hill.

The hotel is very clean. The staff very helpfull. The roof top swimming pool was lovely and had good views of the city. There is a good gym, enough weights for a good workout. The tram line is outside the hotel that brings you straight into the city, around 40 minutes to city centre and train station just around the corner.

Be aware, you will be staying in a share accommodation! This place has about 6 rooms. I stayed with my daughter, my brother, and his son, and we were shocked to realise we didn't have the 'entire house' to ourselves as advertised. It smells of cigarettes the second you walk in. My bed was dirty with dead bugs. There were people smoking right outside my bedroom window at night. I do not recommend staying here at all!

Convenience, quiet environment and location close to what I needed.
Close to Boxhill strain station and Boxhill shopping center. Many tasty food shops and restaurants.
No staff standby. More freedom for guests.
No air con as mentioned. Only air cooler.
Location is perfect: few tens meter can reach (coles super) market, EV charge station, box hill train station and lots of oriental restaurants.
Kitchen equipments are comprehensive: rice cooker, dish washer, all size cookwares.
Free parking: private parking space in basement next to elevators.
Highly recommend Chinese speakers to stay this apartment, you won’t regret!!!
Vicinity is ideal. Was on V-Line train from NSW border to Melbourne. Straight off V-Line, transfer to Metro train for Box Hill, then a bus from station stops on corner of the street where you find this little share house at Box Hill.
Next day, a bus went right out front of Vermont South Shopping Centre, where my Mum is in an Aged Care Facility
