The host really provided us with excellent service. When we informed her that the toiletry bottles were empty, she immediately sent us new big bottles the next day. The location of the apartment was really great. It was above Kmart and Woolsworth with a few eateries downstairs. A very convenient place to stay.

Although this hotel isn’t in the CBD, it’s a good choice for a quieter, less crowded stay. It’s still conveniently close to restaurants, a supermarket, and a mall. Located along the highway, it’s very accessible if you have a car, and the hotel provides free parking. There’s also an on-site laundry room, as well as a swimming pool and gym. The landscaping is lovely, with roses decorating the front and vines climbing the building. The room is cleaned daily, which adds to the comfortable experience.

    Close to hospital for appointments.

Close to hospital for appointments. Comfortable and clean with every thing you could need. Very good value for money. The local RSL had beautiful meals at good prices. The traffic is quite heavy and hard to negotiate if you don't know the area. There were plenty of places to eat and shops nearby but would need to drive.

I chose the hotel for proximity to a hospital where a family member was very unwell. The staff where extremely helpful in an emotionally stressful time for me. The room was lovely and the sanctuary I needed.

Staff very helpful & cheerful. Bed great. Lovely big shower & bathroom/Sink. Fridge awesome, cooking utensils very good. I found it was quiet, good sleeping. I was able to amble up the road for some takeaway beers. All great, no problems at all. Def stay again (Bomber)

We have stayed there serveral times because it's close to the metro pain clinic that I go to when I have treatment and have to stay overnight they have done a nice job of modernzing the rooms but the one we had number 16 was very small we had just enough room to walk around the bed and it wasn't like we had a lot of lougage one small suite case and a couple of small eski's with some cold drinks in them it wasn't easy to eat there it didn't look like there resterant was open and I needed to have a light breakfast each morning at about 5.45 am and there wasn't any service for that time of the morning. next time ask for a larger room and take my own toaster and food to eat I have coeliac disease and need to be very careful with my diet

The staff were amazing after we had a problem with the spa. It wasn't their fault but the water was a bit dirty because of the construction going on around them. So helpful and kept me informed even after we left when the pipes were checked I have stayed a few times but I will be going back 100% I recommend them for a great night with the best beds I've ever stayed on in a hotel.
