Been to Daylesford several times before but never stayed overnight. Had to this time as we wanted to watch the Borealis on the Lake. Unfortunately it was a rainy day so we stayed indoors most of the time after having lunch in the RSL as most of the places were full. Very good Vietnamese food though - very recommendable! Host was fantastic as the place was already heated up when we arrived as it was a cold day - much appreciated and was given a voucher which we used to get a pizza for dinner too. Thank you.
I have always loved Daylesford as it not too far for me to travel & has a very peaceful vibe about it! The shopping & eateries are great with good friendly service! Love the Mill Market & Antique Shops, very relaxing! Would highly recommend!
Such a beautiful country town Lots to do , walk around the lake Visit wombat hill gardens Have breakfast at Cliffys ( you have to book ) Book in advance to eat at Beppes best restaurant in town . Tried to book 4 weeks ago as we’re going for a weekend away with my family for my Wife’s 60th birthday celebration but booked out SO Disappointed ☹️ So booked at Rubens instead at Hepburn springs Great food and service was great 👍 😀
Daylesford is great, we have been there previously (numerous visits) and have friends who live locally. The town has some lovely restaurants and the shopping, spa-options and rural small-town ambiance are enjoyable.
Daylesford is a beautiful town to stay at with great selection of accommodations, eating venues like the Lakehouse, Beppe etc & variety of nice fashion retail stores & Lake area with the famous Lakehouse the Convent & great Gardens. Plus it's Hepburn Springs Spa, eateries & shops all make this area a great place to stay, with the added bonus of a great variety of other lovely towns placed conveniently all around this area to visit. We have stayed at Daylesford now on numerous occasions both for holidays & special family celebrations over many years, & highly recommend.
We loved the accommodation as it was close to all the places we visited... The only really issue was our heater. It was a weekend so it's hard to get a hold of someone about our heater playing up. We were cold during the nights of our stay. Had to wait for the next day for heater to be on again. It wasn't faulty, it probably just played up during our stay. I wasn't able to complain about it today as we already checked out.

Melissa and her husband were very accomodating, we had to move our date and they did it without any hassles. The grounds of Central Springs are lovely and well kept. What a pretty little village with loads of relaxing things to do. We went hiking, swimming in the Hepburn Springs Mineral baths. We had a fabulous massage across the road at Daylesford Traditional Chinese Massage. We booked a King room with Spa bath and Fireplace and it was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the bathroom was roomy and clean.

we loved everything about our stay! the location is perfect, nice and close to the Main street of Daylesford, and so close to surrounding attractions and wineries. so close we walked to diners and lunches! Brian and Tim are very welcoming, they made the most incredible breakfast every morning and every detail had so much thought to it. The bed was so comfy and the house and room so beautiful. nice and cosy but with plenty of space to relax. Highly recommended!
It was easy to find and I enjoyed the beautiful peaceful surroundings. The hotel is stunning with its beautifully styled rooms and indoor/outdoor lounging areas. Great use of smart technology makes the stay a real luxury! Charles and Adrian were extremely professional and assisted me with enquiries of what to see and where to go whilst on my stay. They even booked my dinner at a local restaurant!

The house and location was beautiful. The whole house from the comfy beds with amazing sheets to the floor to ceiling windows with the most beautiful view of the gully. We lit the fire and enjoyed a few glasses of wine - and at the end of the day watched some great movies on the large screen tv (it had stan, netflix etc). The hamper of local treats was also fantastic

The property is well maintained with modern facilities around the house. The place is spacious for two people to enjoy a weekend getaway. Tucked at the end of a small street means guests can enjoy quiet time at the property whilst it's a convenient 10-min walk to the main streets in Daylesford, or the Lake. Excellent location.

The 1 Bedroom Apartment was lovely and clean in an older style building converted to Hotel Rooms complete with a fabulous view from a private Verandah overlooking Lake Daylesford. The Apartment also had another from porch which was great for the morning Sun. Lovely and quiet except for the morning wake up of Cockatoos by the lake.
