We arrived a bit later than we expected - but all good - our villa was great for sharing with our friends. We enjoyed having the kitchen to store our food and enjoy wine/cheese/crackers - but we didn't cook. Overall - great location.

The property is simply perfection. Finishes are all well thought of and high quality. The place is brand new and can not fault. The apartment is fully equipped with all cooking essentials but if not wanting to cool the brew house is just down stairs which has the best food I’ve had in a long time covering all diets and price ranges.

I really love the cleanliness, the location of the resort. Also, definitely the spa in the bedroom.

The room was clean and spacious. Perfectly equipped for stay with kids. The pool and spa were temperature controlled and clean. Staff was extremely nice and were supportive whenever we seeked any assistance. Evenings at Tobys' are so calm and relaxing, recommended !

Rooms were well appointed ... Beds were great... Very quiet area ...
Truly happily surprised with the array of beautiful beaches to swim at and with ample parking and amenities to offer. Additionally, the number of great eating spots is something I did not expect. Also great to see the plentiful Bike Paths and how so many enjoy using them! Sugar Loaf Rock is a must-see Sunset Spot and Eagle Bay Beach a must Swim!
Dunsborough is a cute town, right by some gorgeous beaches. Plenty of terrific cafes and restaurants nearby plus a good size market Saturday mornings. If you enjoy hiking or cycling or simply staring at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world (I am serious), Dunsborough may be for you.
Superb location with plenty of shops and places to eat / drink and within easy reach of Perth. It is also well located for other places of interest on the west coast such as picture postcard bays and beaches, quaint towns, fantastic wineries and beer farms, exactly what I had hoped
I loved the beach just across the hotel. I enjoyed swimming in the ocean: warm water and perfect depth for a nice swim. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderfully warm/hot - Thank you. The location was fantastic. I brought my own ebike, but great you can rent one. The cycling path was fantastic. I didn’t have enough time to use kayaks or paddle boards, but great to have access to them. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I wished I didn’t hear much the road close by. But it wasn’t too loud.
We loved the Dunsborough Eagle Bay area. We ate at the Pour tavern which was ok. We had a delicious lunch at Wise Winery and enjoyed the Eagle Bay brewery. Food & drinks are a bit expensive but a nice treat. Too cold to swim but Eagle Bay & Meelup beaches are lovely.
It is a quiet town that has everything you need. Easy to walk around and there is a nice paved walk/cycleway along the beach front. Excellent location to use as a base to visit the Margaret River or nearby towns. 100% need to have a car. Beach itself was pretty average compared to nearby incredible beaches but they are just a short 10/15 min drive away. Not much to do after dark so in-home entertainment is required. Lots of local businesses are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays as well. This place is good for a relaxing holiday
My extended family had 2 houses next to each other of which we could access each via a path in the backyard which was handy. The property was a stonesthrow from town, of which we walked to every morning for our coffee and a 1 minute walk to a beautiful bit of beach. 2 bathrooms was handy, the garden was immaculate, the kitchen was full of every type of utensil and cooking appliance you could want and the bedrooms had fantastic pillows and plenty of storage space.
Oli made us feel very welcome and offered advice re' where to go, what to see, best beaches etc. The room has everything you need for a stay in the Margaret River region and the property is close to beaches, wineries, caves and restaurants. Because it's a bit outside Dunsborough you can see the stars so it's excellent for star gazing and if you're lucky friendly kangaroos will come say 'hi'.
Much more luxurious than I was expecting. Bathroom is massive. Direct access to the outdoor meant I could come and go without going through the shared areas of the lodge. Very comfy bed - I didn't want to get out. Fridge and microwave in the room. Location is on a quiet backstreet of Dunsborough, so good night's sleep guaranteed.
Noisy Room, Hard bed, Light comes in excessively in early morning. Nice room, but tired. Sauna was a joke, heated pool was cold. Swimming area windows open to pedestrian traffic from town site. We left two days early as did not enjoy it. I never complain, this is the first time ever. Dunsborough is expensive and overrated.
Bina Maya was nice, clean, beautifully decorated. The surrounding area was very peaceful with Kangaroos making an appearance in the evenings. The bedroom was very spacious comfortable with good storage, the log fire and balcony was a relaxing luxury.
The property was in a great location centre of Dunsborough and the rooms were big with big bathrooms! It was well equipped and especially liked the pillow options. Lyndsey was super easy to deal with and accommodating with our requests.
Lake view room was beautiful. I appeared to be the furtherest from the main hotel area - pool / restaurant etc which made it very tranquil and quiet. Beautiful property and away from the hustle and bustle of life.
It was just so well thought out, the whole place was gorgeous and soooo comfortable and convenient. best beds, hotel quality pillows, mattress, towels and various places to hangout.
Centrally located in Dunsborough walking distance to beaches and shops, a good base for visiting tourist spots in the South West.
Communication was great and a very homely feel to this place. We love the Dunsborough area :-)
Brilliant location one block from beach and easy walk into Dunsborough town centre
location close to Dunsborough and everything was clean and tidy.
