Nearly everything. We were upgraded from a queen room to a family room that was spacious and comfortable.

Rooms were so fresh. I use many electronic devices,so extra power points were a bonus for me. Sitting on a most comfortable armchair and watching Netflix was an absolute pleasure to me.

Very clean room having all what you expect from its type of room. Great location along the main road of the city. Lake is just at the back. Walking distance to the city center, post office, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, fast foods, local bus stop and Visitor Center/freight train/bus station. All staff rendered very good customer service. Front desk staff kindly gave away two lightning compatible wall plugs when I needed them; called for taxi service for me. Cleaners willingly opened my room 'cause I forgot my key inside. After checkout, they allow you to leave your travel bag in safe keeping while you spend time around the city.
