This luxury coastal retreat is surrounded by the coastal walking trails and pristine beaches of Bouddi National Park. The room was lovely beautifully decorated with everything we could need. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for sometime. We had a delicious dinner. Although the selection in each course was relatively short, what we had was very, very tasty. And the sourdough bread and handmade Hunter Valley butter very moreish. Staff were under the pump as the restaurant was a t capacity but the service was cheerful. We arrived half an hour early so as to have a drink in the bar.
