In the middle of landscaped grounds in the Margaret River wine region, Grand Mercure Basildene Manor features spacious rooms and suites, a swimming pool, a terrace and a tennis court. The service was fabulous, very helpful staff, cake for free in the afternoon. Amazing garden, loved the hot scones we got when we checked out. Loved to sit on the balcony.
Margarets In Town (formerly Darby Park Serviced Residences) offers accommodations right in the center of Margaret River town. It features free WiFi, a heated swimming pool and a tennis court. Our apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need - even if you wanted to cook your own meals! Having a washer and dryer is also great! We enjoyed being able to look out our window into the forest. But, what we will really remember about our stay here will be Stephanie ( she worked at the check in desk). She was so friendly and if it wasn’t for her directions we would have missed getting so close to those amazing kangaroos!!
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Margaret River Bungalows is set in Margaret River, 27 mi from Busselton. Dunsborough is 23 mi away. Free private parking is available on site. Very close to town centre/shops. The layout and cleaniness of the place. Good for families with kids. Love that the kitchen has almost everything that you need.
Located in Margaret River, Sunset on Fearn provides self-catering accommodations with a balcony and free WiFi. The air-conditioned property is 25 miles from Yallingup. The apartment was larger than we were expecting, was well-equipped, well-maintained and very comfortable. It was handy to the shops but a quiet location in the evening and overnight. We were made very welcome by our hosts, Patsy and Loris.
Margaret River Holiday Cottages features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Margaret River. Everything was amazing and beyond our expectations. Andrew and his wife made us fell part of the family with special gifts for Christmas, and they came to our rescue when we had our car broke down. The surroundings were fabulous, and the cottage by itself was brand new with amazing amenities.

Always love this place. The area is very diversified, including landscape and there is something for everyone. The beach, casual or upmarket eating out, and of course the famous wineries and surrounding locations all within a reasonable travelling distance. There is something for everyone.
Plenty to do in Margaret and surrounding areas. love the caves, the beaches, night life entertainment and the food. Plenty of shops to look at and buy from. Wine tasting tours are wonderful. plenty of things for kids to do ,a kids park with all day activities. Very dog friendly if you want to take a fur kid along.
Close to Ocean, wineries and apparently walking trails. We are older and therefore did not participate in any hiking activities. We have a hire car which we took from the Airport. Not sure about trains etc. There are a lot of tours available to wineries etc. if required.
If you like wine, visiting wineries, good food and sightseeing then you will not be disappointed by Margaret River. I have visited wine regions in NSW, SA, QLD and VIC and Margaret River was the best I have been to; although McLaren Vale (SA) is not far behind. It is not only the extensive selection of wineries to visit and the high quality of some of the wines but also the beaches, the forests, caves and fine restaurants. There is something for everyone.
Beautiful chalet. Had the full facilities you would expect in a home. Host is very friendly and made good recommendations for sightseeing in the area. About 10minutes drive to town. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. They have very friendly dogs. There is a bushwalk nearby. Close to many vineyards and the cave road. Only problem is that finding entrance to the place at night can be a slight challenge as it is dark.
We have visited this area before and were happy to be back, the town is lovely with plenty of places to eat and drink. The surrounding area is great with the coastline and beaches, wineries and Dunsborough a 30 minute drive away
The hotel literally is quite close to the town centre about 10 - 15 minutes of walking. Parking is available on site and plenty. It has bar and restaurant next to the hotel entrance I would say it is different operator but hotel guests is given discount on food and beverages. Room is spacious and clean. I think the hotel is generous enough to supply the guests with washing detergent. Front staffs are very friendly during reception. It took me less than 10 minutes for the check in and check out combined.
The clean house, clean cooking utensils to use. I love the comfy electric blanket that warm you during cold night. Simple breakfast is a plus for us too. The convenience of covered dustbin in the toilet so that we can throw our toddler pamper inside without expose the smell. Easy check in and check out. The cooking utensils are well equipped. Thanks for the lovely free bottle of red wine too. Certainly have our own privacy and nice environment. Near to the town.
Katie the owner is a pefectionist. She made home made biscuits. Salmon breakfasts. Fruit bowls. The room was spotless. And designed with beautiful appliances. Top of the range bed. Crisp linen. Foxtel. Beautiful tiles. Lovely sitting area. Fantastic location. Katie is imformative and helpful. If we go to Margaret River again we will stay here. This is nicest accomodation i ever experienced 5 stars from us. Andy and Sas
A beautifully appointed house in a quiet residential area of Margaret River. It was exceptionally clean and had every appliance and utensil you could think of. Off street parking is provided right at the front door and only a short walk or drive from the town centre. A quality washing machine and dryer completed the package.
We loved our 3 nights at Aquatic Vision. Beautiful location with fantastic views. So wonderful to wake up to that view! The house was very comfortable, with everything you’d need for a great vacation. We loved cuddling on the sofa at night with a good movie on Netflix. And that hot tub!!!
Lovely chalets, 2nd time stayed here, close to margaret river and many wineries. Good sized rooms, BBQ outside every chalet. Good WiFi and Netflix included. Great hosts. My daughter loved the friendly dogs Millie and Mia, kept her entertained throwing them there ball.
Karen, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. She gave us a toaster fur out room and lent us butter and jam to use when she found out that we only had peanut butter and bread with us. She also gave us suggestions on what to do while in Margaret River.
Unfaultable in every sense. Staff are fantastic, cabins excellent and individually secluded in a perfect setting in a fantastic location. Would not look at staying anywhere else in Margaret River 5 stars , ten out of ten
Great place for visiting Margaret River. Clean and tidy townhouses with a good sized pool and sauna. Nice little cafe beside the beach about a 3 minute walk. The guy at the reception was also very friendly 😊
Brilliant from the moment we arrived. Staff and amenities are fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and clean . Very close to the Main Street of Margaret River town. Just a really great hotel !
Great walking distance to Margaret River. On the river. We'll looked after grounds. Older cabins but all clean and we'll looked after. Easy parking right next to cabin.
Beautiful room. Lovely peaceful surrounds and very accessible to other areas of interest in Margaret River. Very friendly host who gave us many suggestions.
In town, close to all the good south Margaret River wineries. Very nice modern apt with upscale kitchen and baths. Nice living area for relaxing
Another wonderful stay at Margaret river hotel. It's always fabulous that's why we always choose to stay here
The house is great for family with young children. And the location is good.
- Deb, the owner, is a pure delight! What a warm and friendly person with a passion for Losari. She also helped book us restaurants and tours in the local area. - The lodge is perfect with a super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and the private hot tub is sheer joy - enjoying local wine, looking at the stars, in the hottub in pure privacy is heaven - Loads of Kangaroos and interesting birds around the lodge - Great location - 8 mins from Margaret River and 10-15 mins from all the wineries - The perfect stay for Margaret River
Fabulous cabin, really nicely done inside and lovely terrace outside with table and chairs. Really great walking and bike tracks for all abilities. A great place for children who can ride bikes or who are ready to learn.
