The hotel looks clean and new. Was surprised that it is already a 8 years old hotel. The room that we booked the items are quite new and it shows that the maintenance of the hotel is good. The price we paid is well below the market rate through booking.com. The room comes with very expensive amenities and we get to keep them for future usage. They have nespresso machine, laundry,washer and dryer, dishwashing etc. Very good for family

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The receptionist who greeted us upon arrival was extremely professional, welcoming, and supportive. She made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, and we truly appreciate her kindness and assistance. There are honestly not enough words to thank her for her excellent service. I would also like to sincerely thank the other staff at reception who were very attentive and caring when I accidentally cut my finger. They promptly provided cream and a bandage and their quick support and concern meant a lot to us. Additionally, the gentleman who assisted us during check-out was equally helpful and courteous. He ensured everything was handled efficiently and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. Thank you to the entire team for delivering outstanding customer service. It truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable.
