Closer to the city and amenities

Firstly we were having major problems with our cell phone and being seniors we aren't tech clever. A very helpful knowledge staff member came to our aid. It was greatly appreciated. Just wish I knew her name

Rooms were very spacious and clean, easy check in and check out process, beds are comfortable and everything in the room were very convenient for our stay.

We paid extra for the renovated room on level 2, and it was massive. Huge and spacious.

The location and access to the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came without our daughter and have flagged it as a good place to stay with her if we come back to Melbourne. It has a great playground in the hotel.

Clean rooms, convenient for food

The Hotel was close to the airport and the very accomodating shuttle service was often, secure and very friendly drivers. The room was good, and suited our needs perfectly. The hotel has everything. A good restaurant, to have any meals or a cold beer after walking all day. Was lovely and very helpful to have meet Linda, from the Restaurant she went beyond her way to help us use the public transport to see Melbourne from another perspective. So thank you Linda and everyone from the shuttle service who drives us for making our stay special. We hope you have a great year ahead! 😉

Staff were polite and knowledgeable, room was clean and tidy and ready for my arrival, I especially liked all the contact from the hotel beforehand and being able to pre check in, for my short stay it was absolutely perfect, and great facilities within the hotel

Location/ gym / breakfast

We had an amazing stay. Location was within easy walking distance from the airport (7-8 minutes) and is well sign-posted. Reception folk were welcoming, we got a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy, room was spotless and the breakfast was amazing (full buffet). Ticked all the boxes for an overnight transit between international flights. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Quiet and clean and nest to the airport

I've stayed here a number of times and will definitely be back. It's a great location, lovely facilities and friendly staff. Thank you.
