Horse & Jockey Hotel Motel is located in Warwick and features a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and an ATM, along with free WiFi. Comfortable and very clean room. We had dinner at Silks Restaurant in the Horse & Jockey Hotel and the meal was plentiful and very nice indeed. Really great to just walk out of our room into the restaurant and not to have to drive the car somewhere. Good value
Featuring an outdoor pool, Warwick Motor Inn offers accommodations in Warwick. There are cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shops located within a 10-minute walk from the property. We appreciated the cleanliness, the convenient powerpoints and overhead lights for easy reading, and the old-style Bushells tea and biscuits. It is right next door to Warwick Gardens Galore which does a great breakfast.
Rose City Caravan Park is located at the northern end of Warwick. Th cabin accommodations is fitted with an en suite and kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster and kettle. Easy to book, great cabin, comfy bed, and nice hot shower. Very clean and friendly
Featuring a garden and barbecue facilities, Amble Inn is located in Warwick. The property provides a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. Location was great, the rooms and shared space will unbelievable. BBQ out the back for use and a nice area to have a beer. Owner allowed us to check in early.
I do not wish to be critical of Warwick, it has much to offer, and it depends very much on the individual and what they are seeking. For us, the two-night stay allowed us to take in the offerings that interested us. First impressions may indicate it is a very sleepy town but do a little scratching and it will present to you some gems. Both nights we ate at the Condamine Sports Club, great value menu. We did look at the RSL, which traditionally are considered cheap, but in this case quite a few dollars more expensive for similar menus options. Highly recommend the Warwick Heritage Museum (Pringle Cottage) on Dragon St.
Warwick has some wonderful history as reflected in its heritage buildings. Albeit a very modern town and especially with all sorts of choices of where and what to eat, it's easy to imagine it in a time when bullock drays moved up and down the main street.
Warwick is a beautiful town. The accommodation we stayed at, 53 Warwick was fabulous and would definitely recommend and stay they again. Only down fall was the Pizza Hut delivery they too over and hour and half to deliver our meal. The lost the order.
Warwick is a thriving township that is an easy half day's drive from Brisbane. Change is not a feature of the town, but its people are proud of the township and the area. It is full of history from its railways past, and boasts well preserved sandstone buildings, and ample parks and open spaces. Most franchises are represented here since it on national highways from Brisbane to Sydney via Stanthorpe, and Brisbane to Canberra via Goondiwindi. The rodeo museum is well worth a visit, as well as the high tea at the Abbey of the Roses. Every Wednesday morning the Pig and Calf auction sees all types of animals auctioned, as well an array of pre-loved local goods and chattels. There are yearly events such as a major rodeo, a jazz festival, and polocrosse. Regular car and bike racing are hosted at nearby Morgan Park. A visit to the information centre at the towns free art gallery will provide much more things to do and see. Historical Pringle Cottage and Glengallan Homestead are very well preserved.
Decent sized town. Plenty of city amenities. People are friendly and helpful. BBQ food at local smokehouse was great. Not used to how many bugs/midges swirl around certain areas, especially Leslie Dam. Overall, lovely area, peaceful and good vibe to it.
There was so much more to do than we originally thought! The wineries were only 30 mins down the road, historic places to visit and beautiful waterfalls on a lovely drive. Could have stayed longer - and will definitely come back again.
The Coachmans Inn in Warwick is a very welcoming, clean and comfortable accommodation venue. We found ourselves trapped by flood waters in Warwick with no place to stay. Kelly (Manager) was so thoughtful in keeping my number (after earlier unsuccessfully trying to obtain accommodation) she phoned me when a late cancellation arose to offer us a room. We were so grateful and found the large, clean and well equipped room a refuge after such a long day. Dinner in the restaurant over the next two evenings was relaxed, delicious and comforting.
I like staying here. It has everything you need after a long days drive.I have stayed here numerous times by myself as well as with my two cats and my son when I moved to Qld from NSW.. Being pet friendly is very important when you are travelling with fur babies and takes the stress away knowing you have somewhere that does welcome your pets. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.
One of the cleanest shared bathrooms i have been in at a caravan park. The owner when checking in was lovely and friendly! Small clean caravan park. Will definitely look at staying here again when we need to stay in Warwick again.
This is our “go to” motel when travelling through Warwick, not flash but clean, well priced, and adequate for our needs. The motel restaurant never disappoints with good pub meals in a pleasant setting.
We arrived early as our rooms were ready we were taken to our rooms. Very friendly staff interested in what we were doing while in Warwick. Rooms modernised and very comfortable.
A very cute tastefully decorated self contained apartment. Had everything we needed. Located a short walk to shops and food options. We enjoyed our stay.
We have been here before. Perfect location for travelling through Warwick. Close to food and petrol. Comfortable king size bed and friendly staff.
This property needs to be removed from any public listing. Please carry out a health and safety check on this property.
Staff were amazing. Facilities were clean and the room was warm (Warwick was freezing this night).
Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, even better staff. Will be coming back
very clean with great access to the town of Warwick
Good cheap accommodation for an overnight stay.
Just a fabulous oasis in Warwick
We stayed in one bed ensuite cabins. The cabins were spotlessly clean, neat and beautifully presented. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and full of great ideas for things to do in the area. Whilst the park is not located in the centre of town, it is easy to drive from park to CBD and nearby shops.
A pleasant, quiet location but still reasonably close to town. The facility is well appointed with lots of extras including free laundry, lock up garage, BBQ, and extremely helpful staff. Thanks Erin, your help with weather and road conditions saved us lots of grief. The wildlife was another bonus.
The owners were so friendly, the room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Good size parking space and short walk into town. We are planning to visit the area again and will definitely stay there
