The staff were very kind and attentive. As soon as we entered the room, they welcomed us with a fruit plate, and whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist. The room was clean, and if you stay on the upper floor, you can enjoy a romantic drink on the balcony at night—it was truly lovely. On the second floor, you can choose between pool or mountain views. We stayed two nights in an upper-floor pool-view room and one night on the lower floor. There’s also a swing on the lower floor, which was really fun. The pool was open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and every morning it was perfectly clean. The depth was about 1.60 m, and since it was quite large, we had a great time swimming. Breakfast was very rich, and whenever something ran out, it was quickly replenished. On top of that, the restaurant had a beautiful view.

The staff is incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel at home right away. A special thanks to Aydan from Guest Relations, whose kindness and efficiency made our stay unforgettable — from arranging seamless transport to organizing amazing local tours. The hotel is beautiful, so wonderfully decorated. Rooms are well equipped and VERY clean. Laundry service was very fast and affordable. WiFi is fast. Breakfast was lovely, fresh bread and eggs cooked to order. The restaurant has such a cool setup; mostly consisting of pretty much private dining rooms but with windows so you can see out into the beautiful courtyard. Honestly this is one of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at
