Overall stay was excellent. They have an amazing restaurant with an awesome view. Rooms were spacious and well designed, clean and super comfy. View from the balcony was breathtaking. The resort gives serene vibes surrounded by beautiful mountains. Drive to the resort is also enjoyable. Worth visiting!

The property is located in stunning mountain location with convenient rope line station (walking distance). The hotel is very well maintained with good size out door swimming pool and spa services . Highly recommend deep massage service. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious with many of vegetarian choices. The rooms are very spacious with mini bar service and beautiful smell in. The most important that all staff was extremely friendly and polite especially manager Emil from the first step into hotel he welcomed us and offered his assistance. This hotel is 100% 5star hotel with customer focused services. I would like to thanks to making our service pleasant and memorable. Thank you.

Great location , big territory for a walk and relaxation. Rooms are clean. Big option at breakfast. And great management at the restaurant with a big option of choices for local food and international food for a very good prices. Spa and wellness very clean under a good management. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our visit crossed with national Novruz holiday so we have been a witness of a national show with a big buffet of sweets at the open terrace. I really recommend it for family’s because of the indoor and out doors playgrounds.

The hotel's location is truly amazing. The surroundings, the people, and everything about it were astonishing. Highly recommended! However, the room was quite small and had two single beds, which was the only downside for us as a family traveling with a child.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Emerald House Gabala. The apartment is spacious, featuring three bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a balcony with stunning views of the lush green mountains. Its location is very convenient—close to many attractions and easy to commute from. The property owner and staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay feel warm and welcoming. Given the reasonable pricing, excellent hospitality, beautiful views, and generous apartment size, I would confidently rate our experience 10/10. Highly recommended for families visiting Gabala.
