It is a scam. I booked 1 room for 2 persons during the F1 race week. They didnt want me to check in but I believe they sold the room for other customer at a much higher price. I did not have a room at 10pm and other hotels were fully booked so I had to stay overnight on our rental car

The view is amazing also what makes our stay so much comfortable is the staff and thier very highy level of service, speically orkhan from the helpdesk.

The Staff was very friendly and the room was luxurious and very clean. Great breakfast and lots of spice to do meetings or have a drink It's a great place to stay in Baku.

The room was nice, shops and restaurants were very near. Close to airport. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We didn’t had to worry about anything, they will help and fix everything.

Stuff was very kind, breakfast was really amazing, as a coffee lover specially I loved the coffee machine which makes lovely cappuccino. Variety of food for breakfast was too much I even couldn't try all. Room was exceptionally clean and jacuzzi was something which I can dream in my room. Just 5mins walk there's a mall which is amazing.

The location is perfect. You’ll be right next to the Riverside Boulevard, just steps away from the Caspian Sea and very close to the Victory Monument. There are plenty of shops nearby, as well as excellent restaurants that cater more to locals than tourists, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would especially like to thank Yusif and Ali for their outstanding hospitality. A special mention goes to Ali, who is by far the best driver we met in Baku. If there’s something Ali doesn’t know, it probably doesn’t exist. He can take you anywhere you want to go and provide recommendations that you won’t find in guidebooks. Thanks to his help, we were able to experience much more of Baku and the surrounding area than we ever expected. Without him, we probably wouldn’t have accomplished even half of what we wanted to do during our stay. We are truly grateful for all the support and kindness we received. Highly recommended.

Rooms, staff and swimming pool facility is top notch

We had a fantastic stay at Emerald Gold Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. I especially appreciated “the delicious breakfast” We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Mr Gunduz was really of great help every way along with his team provided the best they could. Only area for improvement is wifi sometimes not work and stop internet compeltely.
