Close to city center at a walking distance the parking for the motorbikes is private and very safe and the staff especially the girl at the reception was super kind and informative. Hotel is very safe, Room was nice and clean

Nice location with the cozy cafes in the same street and popular bakery / pizza place at the corner. The staff is friendly and polite and are there 24/7 if you need anything. The room given was modest, clean and comfortable. Wifi reception was sufficient to attend video meetings. Good value for a price in general. During a week i didn't encounter any issues.

Great location in the old town and it was so easy to get to the sights and everywhere. Excellent breakfast provided, and so instagram-worthy! Room isn't very large but cosy and bed is comfortable! Very quaint looking hotel!

The rather central location just up the road from the Sebilj was excellent. Dina was very friendly and the overall service was excellent. Additionally, the breakfasts were more than satisfactory. Overall, excellent service.

Hotel Old Town Residence is truly like a real residence - a home away from home. Extremely neat and clean, very nice looking rooms, really comfortable beds (one of the most comfy), nice and quiet, peaceful, great vibe and a nice energy to the place, really nice and helpful staff. The hotel is just simply one of the best! And I love their little indoor garden complete with a tree. Just such a lovely boutique hotel! I'd like literally recommend everyone to stay here. And oh my God did I mention it's like literally a 4 minute walk to the center of old Sarajevo and center of pretty much everything! Just the perfect place!

I had a great stay in a small but very cosy room. The location is superb and the staff nice. For me it could not have been better for that price.

What a great stay we had at the Saffron, the Hosts and staff were fantastic and made us very welcome, the breakfast was exceptional, it is only 100m from the main square and next to the river, we would definitely stay here again....it was a perfect stay....

The location is amazing, one step from the old center and the bus stop. You can make check in late at night (I arrived at 23h) and breakfast is good, with many things. The room was Ok, with AC, and the bed comfortable.
