Everything was really surprisingly amazing. The first impression was not promising. however it was perfect. The access is not so direct, so it was confusing a bit, however, more than a positive surprise. It was three of us, in three rooms, for just an overnight for business trip. We were accommodated in the part above the Finra Faculty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, quiet, Staff absolutely helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to airport and they do arrange car pick up for you at reasonable cost. We were arriving late at night and when we asked they even arranged food for us. There is a mall in front of the hotel where you can get SIM card and withdraw local currency as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Tuzla.

It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.
